THERMAL HERO GAMMA PTM is a modern phase-change thermal material (PTM) designed for efficient, clean and long-term stable heat transfer between CPU, GPU and heatsink.
Unlike conventional thermal paste, GAMMA does not require spreading. At operating temperatures above approximately 44 °C, the material transitions into a soft, highly conductive state, automatically conforming to the contact surfaces and filling microscopic gaps.
After cooling down, it slightly solidifies again, remaining shape-stable and reusable – making it ideal for gaming PCs, consoles, laptops and professional systems.
What is PTM (Phase-Change Thermal Material)?
PTM is an advanced thermal interface material that changes phase at defined temperatures to improve heat transfer efficiency and long-term stability.
