Where METALLIQ Fits
Use METALLIQ only for direct-contact cooling on compatible copper or nickel-plated surfaces and only when electrical safety can be controlled.
CPU & Direct Die
For compatible heat spreaders, cold plates and expert direct-die projects where a very thin interface is required.

Aluminum or Component Gaps
Never use on bare aluminum. METALLIQ is not a gap filler for VRAM, SSDs, MOSFETs or uneven component heights.
Do Not Use METALLIQ On Aluminum
METALLIQ is electrically conductive and must only be used on compatible copper or nickel-plated contact surfaces. Do not use on bare aluminum, aluminum cooling plates or incompatible aluminum/copper direct-touch heatpipe designs.
Apply METALLIQ With Control
Liquid metal is electrically conductive. Correct preparation, insulation, minimal dosing and post-installation testing are essential.
Confirm Compatibility
Use only on compatible copper or nickel-plated contact surfaces. Never apply to bare aluminum.
Clean & Protect
Remove old material completely, degrease both surfaces and mask nearby exposed components.
Use Very Little
Dispense a tiny amount and spread it into an extremely thin, continuous metallic film on the contact surfaces.
Mount Carefully
Keep the assembly level, prevent overflow and apply even mounting pressure without shifting the interface.
Inspect & Test
Check for escaped material before power-on, then validate temperature and stability under controlled load.
